Diablo Ballet’s season concludes with Red Riding Hood May 1 – 2, 2020 returning to the Del Valle Theatre.

Immediately after each performance, ticket holders are invited to a dessert and coffee reception where you can meet and mingle with the dancers!

Presenting the American Premiere of Red Riding Hood by award-winning choreographer, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa. This fun and unconventional spin on this classic fairytale, originally created for Ballet Black, features costumes by international renown designer Yann Seabra.

The May program also features Australian choreographer and Artistic Director of Houston Ballet, Stanton Welch’s sweeping contemporary ballet, Orange, set to music by Antonio Vivaldi.

She’s So Fine

Music: John Adams
Choreography: Val Caniparoli

The program also includes the Duet from Book of Alleged Dances. The ballet is set to music by award-winning composer John Adams.
