Adult Ballet Class
Suitable for the beginner teen (16 and up) or adult as well as students who would like to work in a slower paced environment, this class is open to adults at any point. Attention is paid to proper body alignment, use of the legs and feet, and developing movement sequences through coordination of the arms and head. This class is subject to the needs of the overall attendees of each class.
Students may join the Adult Ballet class at any time throughout the year on a drop-in basis, and no audition is necessary.
Registration is available online and open to all 16 and up or with the approval of the School Director. A one-time registration fee of $25 will be required for all students to secure your place in the class for the entire duration of the school year session (Aug – June).
Adult Ballet Tuition
Class tuition may be paid per class or on a discounted class-card basis.
*Class cards are valid for the entire school year (Aug – June) from the date of purchase. There are no extensions or refunds.
While there is no set dress code for the Adult/Open Division classes, the following is suggested:
Ladies: Students are encouraged to wear a comfortable leotard, ballet tights and ballet shoes. Yoga wear (long pants and fitted top) is an acceptable alternative to the standard ballet attire suggested above.
Men: Students are encouraged to wear men’s black dance tights, dance t-shirt and black ballet shoes. Yoga wear (long pants and fitted top) is an acceptable alternative to the standard ballet attire suggested above.
