All parents and students (with the exception of Adult Ballet) must read through and acknowledge the Diablo Ballet School Student handbook. We urge you to download it and keep on file for reference throughout the year.

Students and Parents (if student is under 18), must sign a Participation Agreement (click on the correct link to download):

Please bring your signed Participation Agreement to the first day of class and give to Krissy Gray at the front desk.
